Being a family owned and operated company means treating everyone like family. There is nothing more important to us than our relationship with you. And that means making certain you are 100% delighted with your premium beef purchase. If you have any questions or concerns about your purchase or just want to know more about who we are, please email us at info@shopchatelfarms.com

If for any reason your purchase is not 100% delightful, please email us within 7 days of your delivery with a description of the issue and pictures. We will get back to you within 2 business days, Monday through Friday and will happily send you a replacement order.

Please note: If your meat arrives thawed, but is still cold, it is safe for consumption and can be refrozen or cooked within 5 days. Please ensure the vacuum seal remains tight. If the seal is loose, please do not refreeze the product and use it within 3 days.

ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

Can I cancel my order?

If for any reason you need to cancel your order, email us at info@shopchatelfarms.com as soon as possible with your order number and cancelation reason. Below are our cancellation deadlines. Please note that once the below deadline has passed and your order has left our facility, we will no longer be able to issue a refund.

For orders shipping on same day: if you have placed your order on a Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday before 12pm EST, you have until 1PM that same day to cancel your order.

For orders shipping on the following day: if you have placed you order on a Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday after 12PM EST, you have until midnight EST that same day to cancel your order.

For orders shipping on the following Monday: if you have placed your order on Wednesday after 12PM EST, Thursday, Friday, Saturday or Sunday, you have until Midnight EST Sunday to cancel your order.

Can I modify my order?

If you need to modify your order, item quantities, shipping address, etc, please email us at info@shopchatelfarms.com with your modification request. We will do our best to accommodate your request, as long as your order has not left our facility. Please refer to the cancellation deadlines to ensure your order is still with us when requesting order changes.
