The Cowboy Ribeye Steak incorporates the best of two worlds, the juiciness of a ribeye steak with the added flavor that only a bone-in steak can provide. Like all Châtel Farms steaks, our Cowboy Ribeye Steaks are hand-selected and trimmed by our own butchers.

Our 22oz Cowboy Ribeye steaks ship frozen with dry ice to ensure quality and wholesomeness upon arrival to your home. Our steaks are sold and packaged individually.

We recommend thawing the steaks in the refrigerator 24-48hrs before cooking them to your liking. To enjoy the great taste of our steaks, we like to use a dash of salt and pepper and sear the steaks in a hot skillet before finishing them on the grill or in the oven. All of our beef is wet-aged a minimum 14 days. Wet-aging increases tenderness and enhances the beef’s deep, rich flavor.
