They're perfect for grilling, adding in a stir-fry, or for delicious tacos. This cut comes from the shoulder, and is known for it's rich, beefy flavor.

Our Flat Iron Steak averages 10 oz. It ships frozen with dry ice to ensure quality and wholesomeness upon arrival to your home. All of our beef is wet-aged a minimum 14 days. Wet-aging increases tenderness and enhances the beef’s deep, rich flavor.

We recommend thawing the Flat Iron  in the refrigerator 1 to 2 days, depending on weight, before cooking it to your liking.
