Châtel Farms Strip Steaks are sourced from the center of the loin.  Slightly leaner but no less flavorful than the ribeye steak, these steaks are sure to please, giving you a truly memorable eating experience.  Our butchers take the time to select and craft steaks that you will be proud to serve your family and friends.

Our 14oz Striploin steaks ship frozen with dry ice to ensure quality and wholesomeness upon arrival to your home. Our steaks are sold and packaged individually.

We recommend thawing the steaks in the refrigerator 24-48hrs before cooking them to your liking. To enjoy the great taste of our steaks, we like to use a dash of salt and pepper and sear the steaks in a hot skillet before finishing them on the grill or in the oven. All of our beef is wet-aged a minimum 14 days. Wet-aging increases tenderness and enhances the beef’s deep, rich flavor.
