How much do you charge for shipping?
We offer free standard shipping (1-3 business day depending on delivery address) on orders over $250.00 or $25 standard shipping for orders under $250.00 to select states. We offer 2 days air shipping with FedEx. Shipping cost for these options will be calculated at checkout, based on delivery address and package weight. Please note at this time, WE DO NOT DELIVER TO P.O. BOXES.
What days of the week do you ship orders?
Orders ship out on either Tuesday or Wednesday of each week. Please refer to the table below to determine what day you are likely to receive your order based on the shipment method you choose.
Why do I have to select a shipping day in the cart before checkout?
We now offer our customers the ability to choose what day of the week they would like to receive their orders, altering the day we ship your order based on the day you would like to receive it. This intends to get your order to you on a day that you are available to receive the shipment. This estimate is based on the time it takes to ship; the day it is shipped to you depends on the shipment method you choose. Due to varying delivery delays, we cannot guarantee that the package will arrive on the exact day you specify. You must also choose the same shipping method at checkout for this estimated date to be accurate. Please refer to the table below to determine what day you are likely to receive your order based on the shipment method you choose.
Why don’t I get free shipping in my state?
We cannot offer free or standard shipping to customers in the following states: HI, AK, CA, AZ, NV, WA, OR, UT, MT, ID, WY, CO, NM, ND, SD, or NE. Our shipments are carefully packed in coolers so that it will arrive at your door while still refrigerated. Based on the time and distance it takes for the shipments to arrive at your door in those states, is longer than possible to keep your shipment cool and fresh. Please refer to the expedited shipping options offered at checkout.
When will my order ship/arrive (no Standard or Free delivery to HI, AK, CA, AZ, NV, WA, OR, UT, MT, ID, WY, CO, NM, ND, SD, or NE)?
How is my order packaged and shipped?
We take great care when packing your order to ensure it arrives fresh to your door. We pack our frozen meat with dry ice and our fresh meat with ice packs. It is possible that no dry ice is left in the package when it is delivered to you as dry ice evaporates over time. Don’t worry, your meat is still fresh and good to eat. Simply place your meat in the freezer upon arrival or refrigerate if planning to consume within 5 days of thawing. If dry ice is present in the package upon arrival, please use gloves to protect your hands and dispose in a well-ventilated area.
Do I need to be home when my order gets delivered?
You do not need to be home when your package gets delivered as we do not require a signature for delivery. However, we recommend refrigerating or freezing your meat upon arrival to ensure quality and freshness. We cannot accept responsibility for packages left outside resulting in the meat overheating and loosing its freshness.
How long can products be kept for?
It is safe to keep our products in your freezer for up to 6 months without loss of quality. Once products are thawed, they can be kept in their original packaging for up to 2 weeks as long as the vacuum seal remains intact and product is still tightly sealed. If the vacuum seal is broken/loose, then product should be used within 3 days after thawing. We do not recommend re-freezing products once they are thawed.
Can orders be placed ahead of time?
We are working hard on integrating this option to our website and are hoping to have it live soon!
How can I track my order?
Once a label has been created for your package, an automatic email will be sent to the email provided on the order. You can then use the link in the email to follow your package’s journey to you. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to update.

Please ensure the vacuum seal remains tight. If the seal is loose, please do not refreeze the product and use it within 3 days.
Can I cancel my order?
If for any reason you need to cancel your order, email us at email@example.com as soon as possible with your order number and cancelation reason. Below are our cancellation deadlines. Please note that once the below deadline has passed and your order has left our facility, we will no longer be able to issue a refund.
For orders shipping on same day: if you have placed your order on a Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday before 12pm EST, you have until 1PM that same day to cancel your order.
For orders shipping on the following day: if you have placed you order on a Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday after 12PM EST, you have until midnight EST that same day to cancel your order.
For orders shipping on the following Monday: if you have placed your order on Wednesday after 12PM EST, Thursday, Friday, Saturday or Sunday, you have until Midnight EST Sunday to cancel your order.

Can I modify my order?
If you need to modify your order, item quantities, shipping address, etc, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your modification request. We will do our best to accommodate your request, as long as your order has not left our facility. Please refer to the cancellation deadlines to ensure your order is still with us when requesting order changes.
