The Chuck Eye Steak is cut from the shoulder specifically from the chuck roll. As a close neighbor to the ribeye, Chuck Eye steaks pack lots of beefy flavor with half the cost! At Châtel Farms we take it up a notch. We hand select all our steaks and only the best “make the cut”. Each steak is perfectly marbled and hand-trimmed by our own butchers to ensure you get a superior dining experience.

Our 14oz Chuck Eye steaks ship frozen with dry ice to ensure quality and wholesomeness upon arrival to your home. Our steaks are sold and packaged individually.

We recommend thawing the steaks in the refrigerator 24-48hrs before cooking them to your liking. To enjoy the great taste of our steaks, we like to use a dash of salt and pepper and sear the steaks in a hot skillet before finishing them on the grill or in the oven. All of our beef is wet-aged a minimum 14 days. Wet-aging increases tenderness and enhances the beef’s deep, rich flavor.
