Our Châtel Farms Angus Chuck Short Ribs are known for their rich, beefy flavor, and are cut from the shoulder area. Our Angus Chuck Short Ribs are sold two racks per pack, each rack containing four ribs. These average 9 pounds per pack. 

Our preferred cooking method is smoking low and slow or braising in the oven.

Our Angus Chuck Ribs ship frozen with dry ice to ensure quality and wholesomeness upon arrival to your home. 

We recommend thawing in the refrigerator 24-48hrs before cooking them to your liking. All of our beef is wet-aged a minimum 14 days. Wet-aging increases tenderness and enhances the beef’s deep, rich flavor.
