Filet Mignon Steaks

Châtel Farms Filet Mignon (Tenderloin) Steaks are full of beefy grain-finished flavor, tender and juicy. Our Filet Mignon Steaks are renowned for their buttery, melt in your mouth texture that only great beef can provide

Our Filet Mignon steaks are sold 6 units of 6oz each per pack and ship frozen with dry ice to ensure quality and wholesomeness upon arrival to your home.

We recommend thawing the steaks in the refrigerator 24-48hrs before cooking them to your liking. To enjoy the great taste of our steaks, we like to use a dash of salt and pepper and sear the steaks in a hot skillet before finishing them on the grill or in the oven. All of our beef is wet-aged a minimum 14 days. Wet-aging increases tenderness and enhances the beef’s deep, rich flavor.

American Wagyu vs. Angus?

What is American Wagyu?

American Wagyu is a Japanese cattle breed imported to the United States in 1994; since then, their numbers have grown but still remain somewhat exclusive and limited availability. Many in the industry refer to American Wagyu as the “Emperor’s Breed” and it is one of four breeds that fall under the common name of Wagyu. These red-hided cattle are known to produce highly marbled beef with a unique beefy flavor and buttery texture. It is truly healthy beef and carries high levels of good fats like oleic acid. American Wagyu beef is absolutely delicious and you can get it delivered right to your door.

What is Angus?

Angus is a well-known cattle breed in the United States. Angus are renowned for producing tender beef with a rich flavor. However, not all Angus are created equal! The Châtel Farms Angus cattle are raised in a vertically integrated process that starts with superior genetics, low stress environment, and high-quality feed. No other beef program compares. With Châtel Farms Superior Angus Beef you can count on a quality and healthy meal for your family.
